Authentication webhook not configured: The Player Authentication Webhook URL is not properly set up in the dashboard

Login method disabled: The authentication method is turned off in the dashboard settings
Network connectivity: Player has poor internet connection during authentication
Session expired: Player's session has timed out (30 minutes of inactivity)
