How each figure is calculated
- Analytics (Business): shows total gross revenue, including orders later marked as Disputed
- Financial report: shows net revenue, excluding disputed amounts
Why the discrepancy exists
A disputed order was successfully charged at the time of purchase but has since been contested by the player or their bank. The charge appears in the Analytics total because it was real revenue at the time. The financial report reflects only settled, non-disputed revenue.
What to do
If the discrepancy is larger than expected, contact Appcharge Support with your publisher ID and the date range in question. Include both the Analytics figure and the financial report figure so we can identify the specific disputed orders involved.
