Requirements for the translation file
- The English column must be present and must not be renamed
- All header names must exactly match the Language Display Name as shown in the dashboard
- Every supported language that was in the file you originally downloaded must remain as a column — you cannot remove languages you are not translating
- Column order does not matter, but all headers must be present
How to fix
- Download the current translation file from your dashboard — this gives you the correct headers
- Add your translations to the downloaded file rather than building a new file from scratch
- Compare your file's headers against the downloaded file if you are unsure which column names are expected
- Upload the corrected file to a sandbox store first to verify it works before applying to production
