| The most common cause is an expired link. All checkout links have a 6-month TTL. The link cannot be renewed — a new one must be created. |
Checkout link expiry (most common)
Checkout links expire about 6 months (180 days) after creation.
Go to Dashboard → Checkout Links, find the link by name, and check the Expiration date column. If it’s expired, create a new checkout link — the old URL will not work again.
Note: Expired or invalid links should show a failure / unable-to-access screen. You just need a new link after expiry.
Other causes
- The linked offer was deactivated or deleted — reactivate it or create a new link pointing to an active offer
- Our personalization response must include the offer SKU for that player. If the SKU is missing, the offer won’t appear even when the link is still valid.
Creating a new link
Dashboard → Checkout Links → Create Checkout Link. Old URLs built on an expired link remain invalid even after creating a new one with the same name.
