Sandbox cards only work in Sandbox
Test cards always fail in Production. For production testing, use a real payment method or a production test card from Appcharge Partnerships. Contact your account manager.
Production test card requirements
- Card must be funded
- Use the email address registered with the card
- Card must be whitelisted for the applicable currency/region
Cancelled vs declined
If the player closes checkout before tapping Pay, the order shows as cancelled — not declined. No charge occurs. Confirm the player completed the full payment flow before investigation or refund.
