How availability is determined
PayPal visibility is per-session, based on the currency resolved for that player. If the session currency is unsupported by PayPal (e.g. UAH for Ukraine), PayPal is hidden.
How to verify
- Check the session currency for the affected player
- Compare with a player who sees PayPal — their currency will be PayPal-supported
- Ask if the player uses a VPN (can cause unexpected geo-based currency)
PayPal missing for all players
This is likely a project configuration issue, not a currency issue. Contact Appcharge Support with your publisher ID.
